Many layers of fused and reticulated, textured and patinated sterling silver come together over the top of a sterling silver “lining” to form this concave shaped “unbalanced” brooch/pendant. The minimal design is finished with a small silver granulation ball and an area of wire wrapping in one corner. The brooch is worn using the handmade sterling silver and 18 gauge spring steel mechanism while the piece is worn as a pendant simply by engaging the open space between the solid form and the wire band.
