The dog’s body is a riveted and bezel set composition of antique 19th and 20th c. tin lithography. The dog’s shadow is created with a wired strand of 3 black freshwater pearls, a white freshwater pearl, a faceted smokey quartz, a carnelian and 2 glazed ceramic saucer beads. The piece is finalized with a dark patina to highlight the detail and “Devo” is worn as a brooch using the handmade forged sterling silver and 18 gauge spring steel mechanism and as a pendant utilizing the integrated hidden bale.
