A handmade prong set glazed ceramic tooth punctuates the composition and a row of 6 prong set fresh water pearls completes the piece. The piece is finalized with a patina to highlight the detail and is worn as a brooch using the handmade sterling silver and 18 gauge spring steel mechanism.
