This week I have been teaching a class on making insect jewelry to a wonderful group of metal artists at Snow Farm Craft in rural Massachusetts. I end my week here with this piece. “Oh NO!”, is a one of a kind whimsical dragonfly pendant composed of several elements of sterling silver and brass that are fabricated, fold formed, hollow formed, hammered and forged . The pendant is highly kinetic and the bug swings from the chain. The pendant is suspended on 10 gauge forged sterling silver and closes in back with a forged hook and handmade 16 gauge organic link hammered chain. The pendant measures 5×3” and the chain is adjustable from 15-21”. Signed, hallmarked and dated 2025.
