This completely hand fabricated one of a kind bird/human skeletal form brooch/pendant is created from hammered, forged, fused, fold formed, hollow formed and fabricated sheet and wire. The central segmented spinal element supports the skeletal remains including scapulae, partial rib cage, collar bone, and three tube set 4mm faceted amethyst.. On the termination of the spine is a kinetic drop of a handmade glazed ceramic tooth. The piece is finished with a patina to highlight the detail and is worn as a brooch using the handmade sterling silver and 18 gauge spring steel mechanism and as a pendant utilizing the integrated hidden bale.
