Two fold formed and hollow formed brass spear shaped elements called spiculum are supported by a fused and reticulated sterling silver background which also holds three bezel set coin pearls and a bezel and post set turquoise. The brooch is worn using the handmade sterling silver and 18 gauge spring steel mechanism and the pendant is worn using the integrated hidden bale.
