This tiny tricycle reminds me a lot of how life really goes. Start off unsteady, full of questions, taking hits that we never see coming. We keep moving, thinking if we just pushed harder or faster, we’d figure it out. But it’s the falls—the fails that teach us the most. By the time we find some balance we have the scars as evidence of the journey and who knows if today would exist without them.

“Tricycle” is a completely hand fabricated one of a kind kinetic sculpture/object created from textured and smooth sterling silver with a bit of brass for the handlebar grips. The wheels turn and the handlebars turn the front wheel and fork. While the intention was not wearable as jewelry there are several locations where the “Tricycle” could be captured on cord and worn as a pendant so I will ship the piece with a 36” length of 2mm round leather black cord.
