The top edge of the head has 3 post set black freshwater pearls and a pearl kinetic earring. The eye is a bezel set antique handmade glass doll’s eye. The piece is finished with patina to highlight the details and is worn as a brooch using the handmade sterling silver and 18 gauge spring steel mechanism and as a pendant using the integrated hidden bale.
