“Worms” is a one of a kind hand fabricated brooch/pendant which is created from hammered, forged, formed and fabricated sterling silver and copper. The central “worm’s” body is a riveted and bezel set composition of antique 19th and 20th c. tin lithography which is clear coated for stability. The two outer elements terminate with a bezel set freshwater pearl and a brass bezel set antique glass doll’s eye. The piece is finalized with a dark patina to highlight the detail and “Worms” is worn as a brooch using the handmade forged sterling silver and 18 gauge spring steel mechanism and as a pendant utilizing the integrated hidden bale.
